Five stars for Williams Towing. My brakes failed near Hinckley, MN on the way back to the Twin Cities, and Jeff couldn’t have been more professional. He answered right away, explained the process and pricing clearly, gave a realistic ETA, and kept me updated. He arrived promptly, handled the vehicle with care, and made sure we were good to go before he took off. The rate was extremely fair with no surprise fees, and the whole experience was calm and straightforward during a stressful situation. I’d absolutely use Williams Towing again and recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable tow along I-35.

I called to schedule service for a coolant leak. Jeff was very helpful and was able to get me in the same day. There were comfortable chairs to sit in while I waited for my ride, and Jeff was very straightforward about the work needed and estimated price. They got the work done quickly and efficiently and my car is back in shape. The total cost was less than the estimate he gave me, and it was a very reasonable price! I will definitely be coming back for any other service needs, can't beat the service here!

Coming home from vacation and finding that my brand new vehicle was inoperable and parked 2 hours away from my home address, a bit of anger and confusion set in. When I was put in contact with with Jeff, he first expressed his concern, provided me with options and was patient with me. I quickly called Jeff back and he had Marty dispatched out to me within 1 hour. I was shocked at how fast they were. Next, was Marty's show. Marty went above and beyond in attempting to jump start my vehicle and impressively push my Dodge Ram by hand around another vehicle, sneaking past a ditch and into position to be towed. Lastly, when explaining where I was from and the dealership and situation to be in, Marty recommended another authorized dealership that was more convenient for me. I couldn't have been more impressed and satisfied with the prompt and over-the-top service provided by Williams Towing and Repair LLC in what seemed like a helpless situation. Thanks
