I was driving back to California after a road trip in the New England area, unfortunately, I experienced a flat tire.in Blue Earth, Minnesota. Called for Geico road side assitance and I was told there is no towing truck available on Sunday, Let me find it my self. I have to say, at the Rest Area I-90 WB Blue Earth, it was very hot and there were a lot of mosquitoes. My wife and I, a 2-year-old son, and a 3-month-old daughter. Finally, after waiting for two hours, I called the 911. Thank you very much to the 911 operator who helped me find a towing service. Besides you, no other towing company is available to tow my car on Sunday. Thank you so much for Richard's Auto Repair & Towing You are my life saver! Five stars Thank you for Minnesota Nice too!

After a 5 car pile up we were told we could come get our belongings. While entering Betty was very rude and informed us we won’t be touching our car until the bill is paid in full. No care to injuries. Seemed joyed the gentleman died at age 91, said that is the best thing that could have happened to us. Won’t recommend this place, the heartless act before Thanksgiving was not needed. We didn’t choose for the car to be towed here but glad they got someone’s business.

Officer told me and my wife that we could grab our wedding stuff from the car after they towed our car here after a accident, person working the counter was very rude over the phone and was no help and denied me and my wife access to our wedding stuff, do not do service through these guys
