My son thinks he's a racecar driver. Hopefully he learned that he is NOT when he was trying to drift his car on a snowy road and ended up in the ditch. Richard from Dan's Towing showed up literally 5 minutes after I called their shop (and this was early on a Saturday morning). Prompt, friendly, and professional - Richard got the job done quick.

Sunday March, first around 7 o'clock. A young man named Payton pick my husband and I and our son from highway 70 and Greeley street and drove us all the way to St. Paul Minnesota, I just wanna say that I appreciated him, I have anxiety when I ride with other people, and he made the trip He had me talking and laughing, and he was a great person for your company. He's a good representative for your company. And I just want him to know how much I appreciate it and I'm sorry that I talked his ear off but I was nervous because I'm not used to driving with anyone who's not my husband but I again, I just want to say he was a great employee and you should really appreciate. Him.

This was my second time using them in just a couple of months—first in November, and again in December—and both experiences were absolutely outstanding. I'm only now getting around to writing this review (better late than never!), but I had to make sure I shared how impressed I was. This time, we needed to move two very large storage containers, and Dan's sent out two trucks with drivers Charlie and Richard. These guys were incredible—it honestly felt like they were competing with each other to see who could be more professional, courteous, and accommodating! They were both so patient, communicative, and careful throughout the entire process. I was pretty nervous about placing the containers in my destination driveway (tight space, tricky angles), but Charlie and Richard handled it like total pros. They took the time to listen to my concerns, offered smart suggestions, and executed the placement perfectly without a single issue. Everything went smoothly from pickup to delivery. If you need anything towed or moved—especially big, heavy items—do yourself a favor and call Dan's Towing. Reliable, skilled, and genuinely nice people. Five stars isn't enough—I'd give them ten if I could! Highly recommend!
