I hope I don't have to come back to this place. The woman named April is at the parts counter. She's a total disrespectful, unprofessional, and doesn't help anyone. This place should have people who know about customer service and are polite because we are customers. If she doesn't meet those minimum qualities, she should be in the back washing screws without contact with customers since it's clear she doesn't like doing her job. I hope I don't have to come back because it was a very bad experience with this woman.

Jeremy is such a nice guy and really professional! He works in the service department but always steps up to help the parts department whenever they need it. Really appreciate his great attitude and teamwork!.

The woman in front should be fired. Because she doesn't know how to deal with the customers, even She doesn’t know the exactly equipment you are looking for, she makes it difficult for you to find the right parts.And in case if you return something you better go the guy who’s sitting the all the way left corner he’s nice Counter and helpfully.
