I have had nothing but above excellent service from Dan and his team. They have worked on three of our vehicles. 2015 911 turbo E63 AMG 77 911 SC On our Mercedes his honesty saved me 10k plus on work needed and completed. Mercedes service told us 15k. He tuned my 911 turbo to a S spec and it runs amazingly better. Always professional and above all honest in my opinion.

Do I have any remorse for taking my vehicles to Auto Edge. I do not. I had two vehicles repaired last week. The first vehicle, the repair cost less than $1000.00 which is fine. The 2nd vehicle Auto Edge tapped me for about $5400.00. That stung. However, the reason I take my vehicles to Auto Edge is because I trust them, which is not an easy thing to say when it comes to auto repair. In fairness to Auto Edge, the part that needed replacing was in a difficult spot on the engine and the part was expensive in itself. Post repair I picked my car up and it ran great. Their repair software sent me an email of things that needed fixing and I checked the boxes on the things I could not do, the other repairs I could do myself. No pressure, just "here's what needs doing, tell us what you want done". I'm a VW guy since 1994. I've been an Auto Edge guy for at least 10 years.

I recently had an alignment and corner balance done here, and I couldn’t be happier with both the experience and the results. Their attention to detail really stood out, especially during the corner balancing process. They swapped over to my track tires, and removed the endlinks prior to corner balancing. That’s textbook procedure, but surprisingly, a lot of shops around Minnesota don’t bother doing it. It showed they understand the correct methodology and aren’t cutting corners. The final rake and calculated weights came out exactly where I wanted them, and the car now feels incredibly composed and predictable. They were also very straightforward and honest throughout the entire process. Their customer service was excellent, and they took the time to openly share their knowledge and explain what they were doing and why. That level of transparency and willingness to educate the customer is rare. It’s clear they take pride in doing things the right way.
