Lamarcus was exceptionally nice!! He helped me change lightbulb even when he didnt have to!! Great personality! Manager Melanie was nice as well! Both made my experience a whole lot better! IF I COULD LEAVE 10 STARS, I WOULD!!

Tamra W. was the associate. Customer service is super important and to come in the store and see the worker interact with other customer in a friendly manner and her entire demeanor change when an African American has a question. All I needed was a fuse and I get a puzzled look with a oh I don’t know. It’s the small things and this whole experience was poor.

I usually have a good experience here, considering factors such as product availability and friendly, helpful staff. However, my last visit was less than ideal. They had what I needed, but the credit/debit card reader was out of order, preventing me from buying those items. I'm only taking away one star because that was the only time I have had a negative experience in this particular store.
