Last night my daughter locked her keys in her trunk, luckily it at happened at MSU and she was able to wait in her dorm room for the driver to arrive. First we called AAA and had a terrible experience with a tow truck company, then I found Atlas. Called them, told them what was going on, and within 30 minutes a driver was calling my daughter and telling her, he was on his way. I spoke to the driver as he was heading to her and told him what was going on, and about the other company, and he was very polite and understanding and told me he would do his best to help her. I’m in Florida and already freaking out about the storm since she’s never been in snow and now this happens. Within minutes of him arriving, he was able to go through her backseats and get her keys and he was on his way. Thank you so much to the driver and this company. I know who I will be calling from now on if there are any more issues.

Brandon came out to pick up my car to tow to the repair shop and I couldn't have asked for a better service.He was very friendly and professional. The car was in an awkward spot yet he never complained or doubted his ability to get it into the truck. He took great care when dealing with the vehicle also. I would recommend them to anyone! The most unprofessional and predatory towing company I’ve ever dealt with. I arrived at the Helix around 8:30 p.m. to let a dog out for a friend. I noticed a man and woman acting suspiciously, looking into cars and hiding behind them. I was inside for no more than five minutes. As I walked back out, not even five feet from my car, their tow truck cut me off and immediately backed up to hook my vehicle. I told them it was my car and that I would move it, but the driver ignored me and lifted it anyway. Then he rolled down his window and said, “Sorry, I already picked up the car… there’s going to be a pickup fee.” He forced me to Apple Pay his personal phone number $150. While I was paying, he stepped out of the truck and said to the woman, “Look, babe, we got a good one! She has a dog.” They clearly prey on college students just to make money for themselves, not even the company. To make it worse, the Helix visitor parking is on the complete opposite side of the complex, it’s an 8–9 minute walk from the apartment to where my car was. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.
