If i could double this to 10 stars i would!! I want to provide tons of praise for the above and beyond help J & C towing provided to me, my husband and our pups on an RV trip gone awry! We were intending to travel from Miami to Colorado in our classic 1992 GMC Ultrastar bus when mechanical issues sidetracked us. After a routine gas fill-up, We began sputtering for unknown reasons as we left Florida and entered Mississippi. We made it to Laurel where it became obvious from how bad the bus was behaving we would need help ASAP to keep us on the road. Now, to make it even tougher for us, this was all happening on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend, with the following Monday being Columbus day. After hours on the phone calling tons of locations around the area for help, which also included a GMC dealership with GMC mechanics, we kept being denied assistance with no one able to even look at the bus until we reached out J & C towing. They explained they were an hour away but said if we could get it there, they would take a look!! We could only go about 15 MPH but we got it there and they were amazing. The guys diagnosed the problem right away and helped us get to a nearby hotel while they worked on our bus all weekend with the single goal of getting us back safely on the road and to our destination many states away!! We are truly grateful for all they did for us to make us feel comfortable and safe in such a precarious situation while we were so far from home and from our destination!! I believe They were truly angels who were sent to get us on the road again!! thanks david and ibis!

If I could give 100 stars, I would! My husband and I were traveling from Atlanta to Texas when our truck overheated on I-20 about 25 miles west of Meridian. Stranded on the side of the highway, I prayed that God would send good people to help us—and He did just that. I called J and C Towing, and they came very quickly. James, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful, and Glen, our driver, was wonderful. He made us feel safe and comfortable, like we were riding with a long-lost friend. They towed us to a mechanic and turned what could have been a stressful, frightening situation into one filled with kindness and care.
