One of their tow trucks had something fly off of it. And crack my windshield. And basically the guy said that I was lying. That lets me know not to have a food with Barnett again. Had a video and everything. Of their truck. But that don’t count he didn’t even ask for the video. I guess when it comes to people of color, we all lie.

While they did a fine job towing, they shouldn’t give a time line if they can’t stick to it. I was told the truck would be at my place to load the car “within the next hour” then it took 3 hours. 3 hours would have been fine, I would have been grateful, just don’t say one thing and then take 3 times that long. Over all the companies I spoke with though, I would only recommend Barnett’s.
