This company went above and beyond helping me. My car broke down outside Pickens and I live in southaven. So his price was alot less than the other tow companies AND he offered to let me use his personal vehicle to get back home. He towed my car back to southaven the next morning. That is just awesome. Most companies would not have done that. He was very nice, friendly and helpful. I pray God blesses him and his company prospers abundantly. ?? God bless you!!

My truck randomly died Sunday evening around 6:30PM at 14&55. Both of my batteries were dead, and bad, and truck would not crank. He rushed to Autozone to get 2 more for me. It was after hours for Autozone and luckily Trey had a good reputation and the lady at AZ was awesome and stayed a few mins late to help me out. Sadly batteries weren't the issue though. He tried for over an hour to figure out what was going on and made another trip to get more items to help. He really went above and beyond. At the end of the day he arranged a tow to take me to Pearl where we were staying. Highly recommend this place for the outstanding service and quick responses. 10/10.

We called at 2:00 AM when a vehicle was broke down, they were the 5th person I called to get the tow when everyone else told me since it wasn’t an accident they weren’t going to have anyone until 8:00 AM. Extremely professional, little to no wait, hooked right up and carried it home for us. I highly recommend Dixon’s for your tow!
