Put on our spare at 10pm, on the muddy shoulder of Hwy 98, several miles outside of Natchez. Technician was kind, courteous and service was reasonably priced despite dealing with less than ideal situation that required him to raise and lower vehicle multiple times to get damaged tire off of vehicle.

We had a flat tire in downtown Natchez and needed our flat changed to the spare tire. Someone arrived within 10 minutes and changed the tire in 10 minutes using his own (better) equipment. Service man was nice and friendly. Owner called and checked on us afterwards to ensure the service was delivered timely and smoothly.

We were camped at Plantation RV Park, when our alternator went on our truck. We called Michael Johnson, and even though it was Sunday he sent Keith, who analyzed the problem and did a bang up job in replacing the damaged part. I would highly recommend Michael and his competent crew. Thanks from grateful Floridians.
