My vehicle is fixed now from another shop . These folks told me I needed a new motor lol. When I needed injectors only actually. Their mechanic is guessing around with all the right tools . Great customer service let’s not get that wrong. Communication isn’t bad understanding sucks .

Friendly customer service. Wonderful staff. Speedy service. Recently needed to order tires and Troy made me feel confident of my choice of 4 Toyos. Good price. Tires came in ahead of schedule on the same day. Treat you like family. Willing to go the extra mile to help! Troy gave me a print out of the "to-do's" in order of importance. Katrina was also helpful with what I needed help with.

Coastal Automotive was extremely helpful and attentive towards their customers. After my RV wouldn’t start while traveling on the road, they were able to fit me in immediately. To no fault of theirs I wasn’t able to get in until the end of their work office hours so the vehicle wouldn’t be finished until the next day. Being alone on the road they knew the stress I was under and gave me so many suggestions of where to stay and where to eat. They even offered for me to stay in my RV in their lot, but I ended up deciding a hotel would be better. They gave me a ride to and from the hotel I stayed at, and kept me up to date regularly with work being performed and would give me estimates on the time completion regularly. I also sat in their lobby area while I waited for a ride and saw how hard all the employees worked to give their customers as much help and information as they possibly could. I was put in a stressful situation, but this small business really helped put my mind at ease. I am very grateful towards them:)
