Took my tire in for a simple nail hole. I understand it couldn’t be patch because it was close to the edge of my tire tread. But I examined the tire before bringing it in and the hole was not big at all. The tire tech comes and tells me he’s double plugged it. I take a look having experienced plenty of nails and screws in tires never have had a nail rip rubber out of the tire. It was obviously done on purpose trying to sell me a tire. I suggest anyone to steer clear of this tire shop they are a joke and try to rip people off!

Absolutely would recommend and extremely impressed! I live in Boise,Idaho and my mom and sister were traveling through on their way from Idaho to Georgia. My sister called me for help locating someone as they were on the side of the interstate with a completely flat tire with no warning. I called and Billy answered right away, told him the situation and where they were located. No hesitation at all when I told him the mile marker and what my location sharing app was telling me, which didn't look close to their shop or any town. Billy quickly said "sending someone now, we'll take care of them, tell them to hang tight and we're on our way, don't you worry, we'll take care of them, they will be alright." My mom and sister confirmed that to be absolutely true and how so very nice and helpful Billy is. Love the hospitality of the South and expected no less as I moved to Idaho from Mississippi and originally from Georgia. Thank you Billy and B & S Tire!!

I have been there twice and each time it’s like I’m a nuisance to do business with. I went to another location and the business was friendly and got to it right away. I’m tired of this because growing up B&S was owned by Butch and was an excellent business, but now it’s lacking much to be desired.
