I called several different places this morning and they were all closed due to the cold and incoming snowstorm in Jefferson county Missouri. I called appliance parts etc, and they were open. (I guess he figured appliances still break down even when it's cold and snow is coming down). Anyway, I needed a gas oven ignitor. I was worried being snowed in for who knows how many days without a working oven. I was already in Festus when I called. I sent the gentleman a pic of the ignitor I needed and he told me he's got my back. Picked it up at a reasonable price. Got it installed and oven works like new again! I definitely recommend Appliance Parts Etc.

My new go to for appliance parts. Trish the manager is super knowledgeable, very personal. I needed a part that other places said they did not have and or not able to get it. If they could they said it was on backorder and had no idea when it would be in. This store was the only one that could it and it was in 2 days after ordering. Highly recommend them for get part.

This store is a godsend when you are in a pinch for parts. The lady up front helped us save a couple hundred in food by recommending a different relay kit for our fridge. Thank you so much for taking the time to explain the setup and go the extra mile. You guys rock!
