This is a very clean neighborhood that’s beautifully maintained! The management is absolutely stellar. I’ve known the manager for 20+ years and have been shown nothing but respect and care the entire time. Great property for rental pads for homes, fun amenities from a playground to a pool, on top of having a good home selection as well if you’re in the market! Considering the great care and management of the community and it’s tenants, it’s worth every penny to live in this beautiful community. HIGHLY recommend!

such a nasty place. roaches the second i moved EVERYTHING in. sprayed continuously for almost 2 years & they still kept coming back. knowing for a fact they came from the next door neighbor. moved out as soon as i could.

In moving to this area of the country we considered various Mobile Home Communities and think this is the best. Management was very helpful in helping us find the right home and when one of the appliances did not work they sent someone over to help us get it working. The community itself is very nice. A couple of teenagers helped us to unload the moving truck. People in the community have been friendly and supportive. There is no trash on the ground and the neighborhood looks nice and neat. Looks like we will be very happy here!
