The guy that answers the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional. He was very rude to my son and all he needed was a tow. After hearing about what happened, I immediately called and cancelled. He kept trying to talk over me so I just ended up hanging up on him. Customer service is seriously trash. Will never call this place again. Great way to make a bad day worse. My son is 16 and his car broke down then called this place for some help but this a**hole answered. If you hate your job then quit! Don't take it out on people actually needing your services.

Mike towed my vehicle in the middle of the night and he was friendly, but on the phone some of the other workers were unprofessional. They are not timely in any manner but will do a good job transporting your vehicles. Their price for towing and storage is average. For a tow of less than 1 mile and storage for 3 days the bill was just shy of $400. That is high but I believe I was charged due to technicalities for the day before as well as the day after. They can work with many insurances and Like all tow companies offer a 24 hour service. They were willing to meet me and make arrangements for me to empty the contents of my vehicle.
