My wife and I have been to just about every RV dealership in and around Joplin, and let me tell you, most of them are either nowhere to be found when you need help, or they pounce on you like you owe them rent money. And the second you tell them you’re paying cash? Suddenly you have to talk to a manager. Then the games begin, “Oh, that price is only if you finance,” even though their website says absolutely nothing about that. That’s when I usually turn right around and walk out. But Colaw RV? Whole different experience. My wife and I walked in and met Lance Norwood, and from the moment we shook his hand, the tone changed. We told him we just wanted to look around, no pressure, no hassle. Lance smiled and said, “No worries at all, just tell me what you’re looking for and I’ll point you in the right direction.” We gave him our needs and our budget, and he said, “Hop on the cart, I know exactly where to take you.” And he wasn’t kidding, he nailed it on the first RV he showed us. It was better than what we expected. We still looked at a few more just to be sure, but that first one was the home run. Lance is everything a sales associate should be, knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and actually listening instead of pushing. No games. No pressure. No nonsense. Just genuine customer service, something most dealerships around here seem to have forgotten exists. While the others will hand you a popcorn, a bottle of water, and then spend an hour trying to squeeze every bit of personal information out of you before you even step inside an RV, Lance does things the right way. We had a phenomenal sales experience here. Lance Norwood was ready to help us when he knew we were arriving. He took us to the one we wanted to see right away, then offered others in a comparable budget. He knew what budget we wanted to stay in for our recreational needs and he didn't push to upsell us. He also made the sale process smooth and quick. The technician did a thorough walkthrough before we hooked up. They even gave us a gift card to utilize in their store. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We drove an hour to shop here and we weren't disappointed at all. Way more impressed with them than any places closer to us! Thank you Colaw! We'll be back when it's time for our upgrade!

Colaw Rv is amazing! By far the best price in the four states area that I found. Lance and Hailey were extremely professional, friendly and helpful! We will come back for all our rv/camper needs!
