While traveling on vacation my starter died. A friend recommended this team and..... while I was running to get a new starter ( they will replace parts you bring no worries) they pulled the starter out & installed the new one in less than 1 hour. It was a travelers emergency they professionally repaired so quickly and at a low cost. Any other "shop" would ave cost me double and I would have had to wait hours if not a day. Thank you gentleman, you saved my vacation & really showed ture customer service.

I took my car in for an inspection and they falsely failed it for ball joint play. They quoted me $540 for the most expensive priced parts at $120 and the job being 2 hours labor. After leaving the shop I took the car home to check the joints myself to find near zero play. I took the car back asking for them to show me the play in the ball joints and due to the way that they lifted the car they where pivoting the control arm on the jack and calling it ball joint play. When I called them out on it they told me to take it to Poplar Bluff to have Highway Patrol inspection it.
