I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be shared for anyone considering taking their vehicle here. Neither of my vehicles had issues until I brought them to this shop. After an oil change, my Mazda came home leaking oil badly because the dipstick was not put back in properly. The skid plate was also missing, and my magnetic drain plug had been replaced with a non-magnetic one without my knowledge. My GMC never had an oil leak before bringing it to Graham’s for an oil change. Afterward, I ended up needing both oil pans replaced. My warranty company even stated that their labor rates were the highest they have ever seen and only covered part of the cost, leaving me to pay a significant amount out of pocket beyond my deductible. To make matters worse, they held onto the check from my warranty company for weeks and then claimed they had just received it and hadn’t cashed it yet—despite the warranty company confirming it had already been cashed weeks prior. The staff is nice, but based on my experience, I would strongly caution others. Be aware of potential issues and unusually high labor costs.
