Diehm's Towing out of Marshall MO provided excellent service for me! Jacob, the driver was quick to respond and called me directly. When there were issues with the insurance, he offered to call them directly. He made the process so much easier and smoothly. He also showed me a technique to put the car in neutral, a maneuver that was extremely helpful to me so that I didn't have to drive an hour and 15 minutes back to Marshall so he could load and tow my vehicle back to Independence. Jacob of Diehm's Towing was professional and was on time, something one isn't able to say in the same breath when speaking of Towing companies. I highly recommend Diehm's Towing ??

My trailer came off the hitch on I-70. Don't use these guys. They were very nasty!!!!! And the bill is $625 on Saturday at 6 pm just to take it 5 miles and abandon us at the gas station. All I needed to get back on the road was a 7/8" socket wrench to adjust the collar around the ball. Be fore warned- if the officer calls them, they will charge you an extra $250. They will charge 180 for mileage and 150 to put the trailer on the truck. They didn't even put the trailer on the flat bed. The trailer is a 14' car trailer and the two left tires and wheels were hanging off the side of the flatbed. He dumped it off the trailer and said we had the wrong ball. My husband and I drove from georgia to Sacramento Ca with a 2" ball and this trailer to pick up a 1934 coupe. They totally ignored me when I asked to borrow a tool to adjust the collar!!! Real cold and not helpful in a pinch!!

I have not had a positive experience this good in a long time! The employees of this company were more than wonderful, in a more than stressful time. Our accident was on the busy I-70 where I lost control after hydroplaning. They not only pulled us out of the muddy mess but changed my one tire and worked on the other until it held air. That action and lots of prayer we made it home safely for the additional hour and half drive.
