Had to rent a U-Haul for the first time in over a decade to help a friend move some things. The last time I rented one, I think my parents actually rented it for me. So I was lost and didn’t know what to do. Gave them a holler since I wasn’t sure about the U-Haul app. They walked me through everything. Got me on the road real quick and made sure I knew what to do on my return. It’s small shop. I’d say family ran. So it’s easy to overlook compared to the big dealership next door. Really friendly and hard working folks though. I got a good gut feeling about them. They seem like the type of folks that go the extra mile for the customer and take pride in their work. Hopefully they won’t judge me too harshly for not backing the U-Haul up when I returned it instead of just pulling in. I overestimated my ability to help people move at my age and I don’t know if I’ll be able to move in the morning. Either way. Thank you to Erik’s Auto and I would definitely recommend them to others.

I can't begin to express the gratitude I have for this shop! My daughter and her partner broke down a couple miles from eriks while traveling from Oregon home to Florida. The van was repaired in record time by Jorge. Jorge and his wife went above and beyond taking care of my kids while they were in Marshall. If I could give 10 stars I would! We will make a point on visiting Marshall Mo and Jorge/ family when we go traveling. Thank you, thank you, thank you! ???
