We got ourselves into a pickle! Our 40’ RV got hung up in a dip trying to get out of a 3” hail storm. Called Jacks Towing and they were there within 15 minutes and pulled us right out. Listen folks, finding good service is the exception anymore, not the norm. Sean the driver was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable, and calm! When I wasn’t. Much appreciation!

We have roadside assistance and we had the worst experience with the tow truck driver from this company named Sean (I’m assuming this is his name because it was on his jacket). I really hope they’re all not unprofessional like him! In all my years of ever having to call a tow truck, I’ve never had to drive my car/truck onto the bed of the tow truck. The tow truck driver said he couldn’t pull it on for whatever reason and told my husband that he has to drive it on that’s the only way to get it on. Since when??? So my husband did so, so that we could get things moving along. From the jump you could tell this man did not want to service us, he had an attitude out the gate. We get to the dealership and the service people come out and now my husband’s tire is worse than what it originally was before we got there. Sean refused to take the truck off his tow truck and was saying he needed the truck off because he has other runs to make. So my husband made sure to call his insurance company so they knew what was going on. He had no choice but to take his truck back off the tow truck at the dealership. ALSO, this is the same man that came when we called for someone to unlock our car because we accidentally locked our keys inside. He tried to charge us $175 to get our door open and my husband said he felt like he was getting ripped off, so the tow truck driver got back in his truck and left. We had to call someone else, just for another tow company to come and only charge us $75 to get our car door open. I will never use this tow truck company again and if i know anyone looking for a tow, this will be the last company I ever suggest to anyone! Rude and unprofessional at its finest!!!

very fast, affordable, and knowledgeable when it comes to towing! after calling they arrived very shortly after, took about 3 minutes to load up the truck and then take it back to our house! took about 10-15 minutes total, 10/10 recommend! thank you!
