I have asked now 9 times (to a guy named Eric) through e-mail and phone calls for an itemized receipt for my insurance company to reimburse for my son's tow. Eric keeps giving me lies and excuses as to why he hasn't sent it even saying he did when he did not. I do not understand why he has such a hard time sending a receipt that would take him 2 minutes. This company has been uncooperative and uncaring. I cannot get reimbursed for the $150 tow without the proper receipt.This is not a company that I will ever use again and I would never tell anyone to do business with them. They are not honest and don't care about their customers. If I could have given them a 0 I would have. If getting reimbursed from your insurance company is important to you do not use Anybody towing!!!

On our way home from vacation we were in an accident. Eric arrived to the scene quickly and was extremely helpful and polite. He made a stressful situation easier to understand and assisted us getting to Enterprise to rent a car and stayed until we could unload everything to the rental car. He was very responsive when I contacted him and asked for pictures of the vehicle. I 100% recommend Anybody Towing!

Love my Life

This morning anybody towing came and towed us home to Lebanon mo from Eldridge Missouri area. The driver was excellent to talk to explaining to my autistic son, my disabled husband and I that he would wait until our taxi got there to pick us up. Being very patient he calmed us all down as we were a bit aggravated after breaking down and having to get so many miles close to home before road side assistance kicked in as well as our vehicle breaking down, that he would safely get our vehicle home. After my insurance company trying to call other tow companies to pick us up he was the only one to answer the cry for help. I will definitely be calling him if I need any help in the future. Thank you again so much anybody towing for being so kind, helpful, and taking care of our vehicle and us. Sincerely , an extremely impressed customer
