July 13th, 2021 I Called Dynamic Towing to Haul my Truck in For Repair. Driver Winched it on Flatbed and Just Before it was all The Way up the Chain Snapped from the Winch and my Truck Rolled Off Down Backwards 25 Feet and into my Barn. It Pushed my Back bumper Into the Bed of My Truck and Tailgate. Cody Said That there Was NO charge for the Tow and He would pay for the Repairs to my Truck. The bill came to $250 and He Kept Saying HE Would Pay Me and to Be Patient. Their Company Goal says They Want to Treat People the Way They Would Want to be Treated. Is this How they Would Want to Be Treated? Four Years Later and He Still Hasn’t Paid Me.

When I called Dynamic, I was stranded 3 hours from home with a faulty alternator and no idea what to do. In less than 10 minutes, a friendly driver named Nick showed up to tow my car and even brought me to my motel for the night. Cody reached out to a skilled mechanic who could get the alternator replaced quickly and at a fair rate. Within 24 hours my car was up and running again. Cody kept me informed with full transparency along the way. Everyone involved went above and beyond to get me home safely. I'm thankful that I chose a company that does right by people and has the local knowledge to connect people with the right mechanic for the job. Can't recommend them enough!

Dynamic towing and, more importantly, Cody (driver) went above and beyond to help my bonus son after he hit an object on the interstate. What could have been an even more dangerous and stressful situation was alleviated by Cody’s professionalism and demeanor. Not only did he help my son get his spare on he also recommended that he go to the tire shop as opposed to driving on the old ‘donut’ spare. As a parent being 2 hours away, Cody made the situation much easier to deal with. If you need assistance in or around Lebanon give these guys your business. They deserve it! Thanks again, Cody!!!!!
