My buddy totalled his car in Lebanon due to an undiagnosed medical condition he passed out behind the wheel. Long story short I volunteered to haul his wrecked car back to his parents so I called C&L to find out what kind of documentation I needed to bring with me and he immediately started getting rude with me saying he couldn't release the car to me without a photo ID matching the name on the registration to the car. I calmly explained the situation and that the family couldn't afford the the extra days of storage @ $50 per day and I was merely inquiring as to the documents or procedure I needed to get the car. He then insisted that the owner just sign the title over to him and to avoid any further aggravation I hung up and called my friends parents and they then called to make the arrangements and apparently was met with the same dermener I was and was told not to bother them before 10am because the owner wouldn't be out of bed yet. In order to comply we waited until 10 am sharp when we pulled in to get the car.. reluctant to come help us he drug his feet and told us he would get to us after breakfast.. when he did finally get to us he loaded the car on our trailer backwards because he didn't have time for me to turn my trailer around to load it correctly and caused more damage to the car while loading it... This guy has no idea what he's doing other than try to steal any car he can get his grubby little hands on and he's a jerk to top it off... If you want to be treated fairly call C&S Towing... It's the only wrecker service in that area I would recommend

When I wrecked they He came within 10 minutes and had my truck home within 20 thank you very much would highly recommend very affordable too

Had a semi truck break down at 6am on a Friday morning in the middle of Lebanon at the stoplights. They were there extremely quickly, and they're prices were more than fair. Lyndol is a heck of a guy and got me out of a pinch. We will definitely be using them in the future. Nice to have a tow company available with fair rates! Thanks!
