Dropped my truck off with new tires in the bed to be mounted and balanced, new TPMS sensors I got on Amazon and asked them to put one of my old tires on my spare for me so I could have a full sized spare tire. They did it all very quickly and the price was fantastic as I thought it would be quite a bit more. Great place, glad I have a trusted tire spot to go to!

Buyer beware ! Took my rim to get a tire. The male receptionist assured that when I came back with the van the mounting and balance fee covers the labor of simply putting tire back on my wife's van . This was a lie ..They charged my wife labor plus tried to upsale her another tire . I than decided to take a look at the tire they suggested to get a new only to find that there were fresh marks where someone had removed half of my glued in tire weights ...this is an old tactic to ensure return customers by sketchy male receptionist . Went to Dobbs got the old tire re balanced. Dobbs had such a better deal than tire bargain that I went ahead and got 3 new tires from them from a recognized brand for less money...save your time, money, dignity and definitely dont send your loved ones to tire bargain to be taken advantage of. I have been dealing with Marks Tire Bargains for quite sometime. After purchasing a very expensive set of tires from therm. The tires starting wearing a lot faster than they should. During inclement weather, the tires did not perform as they should. And the vehicle was unsafe to drive. Josh was very rude in addressing my concerns. When I initially brought the truck in for the first tire rotation, because of how quickly the tires were wearing. He told me to call the manufacturer that it wasn’t his problem and he hears it all the time. Knowing that I have purchased several sets of tires and have done business with them spending large amounts of money in the past. I was shocked. Shortly there after one of the tires was punctured, and could not be repaired . Once again, I discussed the issue with the concerning tread wear and did not want to have the tire replaced because the tires were unsafe. Josh‘s response was I hear it all the time. It’s funny they are in the business of selling tires, but they don’t wanna go to bat for the consumers that are purchasing them. I was very taken back and offended by his response. And left very disappointed in how Marks Bargain Tire conducted business. After contacting the manufacturer, Mark was put into a position to address the issues. That Josh was reluctant to do. The manufacturer offered an insulting settlement that I refused due to the overall experience between Marks and Toyo tire manufacturing, Please be aware when you purchase new tires from Marks bargain tire there is essentially no warranty and they will not assist you when there is an issue with the tires. Mark was put in a situation where he had to respond to my concerns due to being the dealer who installed the tires. I will not be going back to Marks for any future tires. And recommend getting any warranty in writing from them at the time of purchase.
