I bought this back in Nov 2025 and just got around to mounting it. I recommend this and etrailer has some very good installation videos. The package was delivered quickly and packaged very well. The installation took about 4hrs and my vehicle is a 2020 Ram 3500 6.7ltr diesel. The only thing I didn't like was I asked for a military discount and they wouldn't give me one. Not that I was in the military but my wife was. Over all its an easy install and very good product and the install instructions were on the money and very detailed. We purchased our 1st trailer and wasn't sure which weight distribution hitch to get for it. Contacted etrailer for help with the hitches. Robin H responded within a day and answered all questions. Purchased a weigh safe, hooked it up and dialed it in. Thank you Robin H!
