Paid for a full paint correction and ceramic coating. Stressed the importance of having the swirls and minor scratches removed. Was told they would be. Picked the car up and it looked OK under a cloudy sky. Got home under my LED garage lights, and all the defects were still there. Including some new marks not there before. No/improper paint correction was performed. The coating was put on over the swirls and I could not have been more disappointed. Sent an email to Justin; no response. Now I have to pay to have this coating removed and the paint corrected and recoated. It's unfortunate because the product repels water well, but putting it on over uncorrected paint, was a total waste. Will probably have to litigate this to get my money back and the cost of the coating removed. Do not recommend at all... Update: I've now called and left 3 messages, but no one returns my call.
