I needed a part that was discontinued and I couldn't find it anywhere else. I sent them an email and Derek was able to quickly find a part for me. It took a few days for them to get it, and then 2 days to ship from them to my front door. Shipping only cost $20, much less than most places in Japan would charge. I will definitely be returning next time I want to buy a used part for my Suzuki Carry.

Thursday night I noticed I had a ripped CV boot on my hijet, and ordered a new one online that night. The next day after talking with a friend and watching a video on how to change the boot, it became apparent that I should replace both boots on the axle. I called G&R and they were able to add another boot to my order with just a small shipping up charge instead of a whole new shipment. Got the parts sunday and installed them, truck is now up and running! The parts department was great, appreciate the personal service they were able to provide.
