Great experience overall no complaints on the company I appreciated them fr giving me an option to leave my car since I wouldn’t be available to come at my appointment time and staying a bit late to allow me to pick up. lol my funky ford engine blew due to a recall so I can’t say I have much experience with the auto start installed for more than a few weeks and I don’t drive often so I didn’t really have a chance to use it but it was really useful while the few times I did start the car.

I have bought several batteries from Best Battery over the last several years, in all of our cars and our daughter's cars. I have bought new and used or refurbished batteries here. They have always been reliable and at a great price. I will never buy my batteries anywhere else as long as i'm living in KC. Very friendly and reliable service and they take care of you everytime like family, they are very fast and friendly everytime I have visited. Do not go anywhere else in KC!

Have always been great with customer service and actually care about their customers. Batteries died in both of our cars over this cold snap and they were happy to get us set up and were extremely honest and reasonable with pricing. Anytime I hear that somebody has battery trouble I always try to send them to best battery
