Went to the Vivian location after specifically asking if they could replace a tire before they closed (call placed at 2:30, they close at 5). Got down there (2:50) only to be told it wouldn't be ready today because a car with an appt had just came in for 4 new tires. Called the location on Prairie View and Nate assured he had my tire in stock & it was no issue at all to have it done before close. I should've just went there to begin with. Nate was awesome - he went above & beyond to turn my day around & service was quick. Never had any problems with this location, so I'll definitely bypass the closer location & trek the extra 10 miles to see Nate next time I have tire issues.

Do not take your vehicle to Tires Plus on prarie view road. I did and now I'm lucky to be alive and my car has damages they are not covering. August 11th I took my car in to have my breaks worked on. Front right tire area was making noises indicating something was not right. They said my breaks were fine but my wheel bearing needed replaced. I also paid to have some lugnuts replaced and replace break fluid. The process took all day and they mentioned that part of what took so long was a clip had came off my break and broke and they had to have that part delivered to replace it. The sound persisted but did sound different. August 18th I took car back in something didn't seem right and that was my next chance to bring it in. They inspected it, did an alignment. Sound continued. I was told that they didn't see any issues. August 28th I stayed pretty late at work getting a project done. I left work at 11pm. On my way home, I heard something fall off my car. The second time, I pulled over to the side of the highway, looked at my car and didn't see anything. I assumed I had some dirt fall of my car or hit a can or something. I continued driving on. I was close to my exit when I heard the third clunk of something falling off my car. As I went into the lane for my exit, thats where I realized I had no breaks. I made it home ok. I'm lucky I stayed at work late to the point where the roads were dead and I could get the car home with no accidents. I'm lucky it was just me in the car. I had had my kid with me that morning. I'm lucky I have a partner who was able to help me out while I get this situation handled. August 30th My car had to be towed to the same shop for repairs. September 1st They called to apologize and admitted that something with the breaks wasn't put on right and they were embarrassed that even when I brought it back, the mistake was missed. They said they would be taking care of replacing what was broken September 7th Picked up my car. Wheel is still scratched up and there is a weight hanging off my tire. September 8th, spoke to manager Nate who is calling the situation settled. We used a tow from our triple A, was left without a vehicle many days, had to drive back and forth to the store on many occasions, my wheel is scratched up and my new tires are damaged. I'm not thinking we're good.

First time taking my car in for service at this location, great experience. Nate was very helpful working through my vehicle concerns. Oil change, tire rotation, general inspection, and break pad replacement. I was able to pick-up same day. I'll be going back when it's time for my next service
