Franklin was great as he replaced the battery when 2 other locations wouldn't for my 20 year old daughter. Other locations wouldn't do it because of 2 tabs need to be removed on the air intake. They said it was too much work and a liability. Franklin never hesitated when the screen alerted him and treated it like any other situation.

Store associate was helping me then drops everything for another customer before competing the task. Ridiculous way to take care of your guests. Drive caddy corner across the street to competition if you want above and beyond customer service.
