The folks at Humphreys are so helpful and they generally have exactly what I need, or can get it very quickly!! They are always happy to see us and they provide excellent customer service. I appreciate their knowledge and experience when helping me troubleshoot issues. 5 stars for sure.

Well wish I could of reviewed more than just the angry old man that works here. Driving back from Michigan to Utah and our truck literally caught fire and we managed to barely get off the main road and it happened to be beside Humphrey Auto. "Oh this is perfect" me and my business partner thought! What better place to break down at (10hrs away from home) than a auto parts store!?! Literally less than 5 minutes go by and we are hustling grabbing our tools and removing the now smokey battery, a rude old man said something like "you can't park here!, why you parking here!?!" And treated us like we attacked his family or something. We are tired and just trying to get home to our families. They lost a very loyal potential customer today. My business partner and I instead, walked across the street to a much friendlier and professional place, T & C Service Center. They were awesome to us! I hope others have better experience here. But as for me, my partner and our companies we will not be recommending or doing business here. O'llie's up the street is a much better bet! ?
