We had a very bad experience with this company. We were quoted $1,900 to replace two tires. After the mechanic arrived and began working, he stated he could not remove the tires and then told us we would need an additional 9 hours at $165 per hour for another truck to come out — plus we would have to pay him to sit and wait during that time. The job was never completed, and no reasonable solution was offered. Due to the situation escalating, we were forced to call DOT. The mechanic then threatened that if we did not pay, he would have the truck towed. To get him to leave and avoid further disruption, we ended up paying $300 with no work completed. Afterward, the dispatch team informed us that the mechanic was upset because the job was “undercharged” for removing a couple of tires, which raises serious concerns about internal pricing practices and transparency. We are reporting this company to the state, and all phone calls related to this incident are recorded and documented. This experience was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, and it did not align with the original quote or expectations for a basic tire service. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

Amazing experience with A's. Got me out of a ditch in the morning - and when I realized my windshield wiper was broken before I had to drive home in a storm the next day, they coached me through how to fix it over the phone. Great people!
