I brought my vehicle to Car Kings after experiencing an issue where the battery was draining while driving. Since I had recently had the engine replaced, I first contacted the original installer, but they were unable to identify the problem. Car Kings performed a full diagnostic for $199 and promptly followed up with their findings. They explained that the issue was simply a loose bolt connecting the wire to the alternator. I was relieved and impressed by their honesty and professionalism. I had anticipated a much more costly repair, but I was only charged the diagnostic fee.
