Stay away!!! Scam alert!!!!!!! I had a very bad experience with K&J Towing And Auto Repair. My car was working properly before the tow, and after their service, a part was damaged that was not damaged before. I immediately brought this to their attention, but they are refusing to take responsibility or offer any solution. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Based on my experience, stay away from this company and make sure you document everything if you ever deal with them.

Highly recommend this company! Very professional service. My car was handled with care. Thank you Joshua for taking care of my car I was a bit worried at first because my car was so low but you guys managed to make it work. Thank you guys I will definitely give you a guys a call again whenever I’m in need of any of your service :)

We attempted to utilize this company’s towing service to transport a vehicle one hour away. The pickup and drop off address was sent in writing along with confirmation of the previously agreed to fee. We were asked to wait an hour and the tow arrived in time. 8 minutes into our drive we received a text message saying sorry the fee we agreed to was not enough for the destination and the company attempted to add an additional $200. To this we asked our vehicle be returned to its original pickup location. The driver argued that he would drop it at the next service station. We said we would talk in person at the pickup location and finally he agreed to return. Upon his return he refused to lower the vehicle off the tow and threatened us by having his boys pull up. He also refused to speak with me because “i is a female”. We had to call the police who eventually were able to get our vehicle down but not before the tow driver drove off with the keys. We waited an additional hour for the keys to be returned. Unfortunately this review could have been 5 starts if the company was apologetic and took accountability for not checking the travel time beforehand. Instead they tried to cover their mistake and scam us into paying more. Honest reviews from good customer service these days are much more valuable to a company than an extra $200. Guess these guys learn the hard way. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.
