I’m a 2nd year boat owner and had my first ever experience with Seatow yesterday 5/19 for a Marina to Marina tow. Captain Chris Covella showed up 5 mins early and was ready to go when I arrived at my slip. He was very courteous, patient, and answered all my questions…while reassuring me that there was no rush and to take my time. We had great conversation…he spent 30 years as a tug boat captain and it showed. Extremely competent and could’ve probably delivered my boat onto a postage stamp. Tim, the Sea Tow Manasquan manager/dispatcher was also very helpful and professional. Great communication from the time I set up the appointment to sending text messages to confirm ETA and my captains name the morning of. I’ll be renewing my SeaTow service this week and couldn’t recommend the Manasquan crew enough. Thank you for the terrific service.
