Used towing services a couple of times and it was great. Very quick and efficient. My issues come from the shop. Brought in my vehicle one time for a flat replacement and the worker there ended up stripping two lug nuts that i wouldn’t find out until later when i needed to take the tire off. My next issue came when i brought four new tires for them to install after having my vehicle towed back to them. They installed all four tires incorrectly and broke my two rear sensors. Whether it was an accident or not i wasn’t told about it and they mounted the tires without telling me. Sensors were working fine before arriving there and then stopped working. I thought it was coincidence until i went to my mechanic and they removed the tires and saw the sensors broken and one missing. Overall towing service is great but shop work not so much.
