I can’t say enough good things about Tim at Citywide Towing. My car got stuck on Route 80, and I was extremely anxious, but Tim was absolutely awesome. He made sure I was safe on the road first and foremost, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly kind and reassuring during a very stressful moment. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he’s helping, not just the job. If you ever find yourself stuck and panicking, Tim is exactly the person you want showing up. Highly recommend Citywide Towing!

Accidently locked my keys in my car trying to help someone shovel their car out and tried calling AAA and was told itll be atleast 1-3 hrs but Paterson PD was coming down with a City Wide Truck behind them so i decided to wave them down. Truck driver Manny was friendly and got me in my car in 15 seconds. Great guy and would recommend. I know tow truck drivers get a bad rap for just doing thier job when they have to tow cars away but it isnt thier fault drivers park where they arent suppose too but Manny was AWESOME

My experience was horrible. My vehicle was taken without any justified reason and then held in a way that felt intentional to increase the charges. The fees kept adding up, and the entire process felt unfair. On top of that, I was treated very poorly. The staff spoke to me disrespectfully and would not even allow me to explain or ask questions. It was a very upsetting experience. I hope the appropriate authorities take the time to investigate this company.
