The package arrived busted up with the dmf poking out of the manufacturer's box. Luckily the oversized box the kit was placed in held. It looked like it was repackaged at some point in its journey. After inspecting the contents I discovered it had no bolts in the box. Theyre probably laying on a floor at a shipping hub. The parts themselves had superficial marks from being banged around. I tried contacting their customer service number but there's no one to answer the phone. Apparently its not their policy. I paid extra in shipping to get the parts in time to make a shop appointment. It took 2 emails over the course of 3 days before anyone responded to me. I missed my slot and have to wait another week to fix the car, AND had to pay extra for the bolts that were missing. If someone from europaparts reads this, save your breath. You didnt take the time to make sure the package arrived intact, and do not want your customers to reach you easily, so don't waste your time offering an empty apology to save face online. For everyone else, if you order from them expect the same level of service as buying something off of ebay. Edit: If you're the owner, one of your employees is lying to you or you're lying to the rest of the internet. My initial email was sent September 26 (Friday) at 1:15pm ET. The second email was sent saturday after hopelessly trying to speak with a living person all friday afternoon. Im including a screenshot as proof for the rest of the world to see. I do not have the confidence in the longevity of my clutch after it was subjected to an untold number of harsh impacts due to your carelessness. I dont care if you used a third party to ship it. Its your responsibility. I needed my car back and i was tired of volleying emails back and forth with little headway so I did cut off communication. Also a $100 credit was roughly 12.5% of the total cost. Not even remotely significant given the poor level of customer service or care of such a critical component. Frankly, this whole situation is laughable. You can't bother to pick up a phone, and now you're trying to spin a cliché story about how I'm an irrational difficult customer.
