0 STARS!!! My boyfriend called this place on 9/30/2025 to ask about selling his car. Whoever answered the phone seriously needs to be retrained or fired. He gave them a price he was hoping to get (nothing unreasonable), and the person laughed at him and said, “Why don’t you just sell it yourself,” with attitude right from the start. Then they called his car “junk” and hung up on him. We were shocked that someone representing a business could be so rude and dismissive for no reason. Completely unprofessional. Do better, I will not recommend this place to anyone after that experience.

I called this guy to junk my car. He gave me very low price. I told him somebody else gave me more. The guy disrespecting me called me a liar hang up the phone in my face and then after that start sending me a text messages cursing me out all kind of stuff. That’s the messages he sent me on my personal number. That’s his picture. Also telling me he’s in Puerto Rico have trucks over here runs for him guys. All the positive comments I believe he did it or his friends or something cause he’s very unprofessional.

10/10 service I called them up , they asked me about two questions about the car and gave me an offer. I asked how long for pick up they said less than an hour they literally pulled up 15minutes later. Money in hand and picked up the vehicle I needed picked up. Customer service was awesome . I would recommend them to any and everyone. Thank you
