My adult son was involved in an accident in Franklin Lakes on Saturday morning, and the police called this towing company from Riverdale. The vehicle was towed around 10:00 AM and I picked it up with another towing company at 2:30 PM the same day — less than five hours later. They charged a total of $635.05 (and $657.28 with credit card fees), including: • Towing light duty: $155 • Loaded miles: $63 • Clean up & disposal (minor): $75 • Recovery/winching: $175 • After-hours release: $85 • Storage: $50 • Fuel surcharge: $6.54 For just a few hours, this is excessive and unreasonable. Very poor communication and no clear explanation of the charges. People, be very careful — do not use this company. Find another service

Wanted to thank Malang’s Towing. My wheel fell off on route 23 last week. The police called for a tow truck, they were there within 10 minutes. Frank the driver was very professional and had the car on the flat within 10 minutes. Edson in the office could not have been more helpful. He answered all our questions we had.I would definitely use this company again. Thank you, Edson and Frank.

I spoke with Nick about a week ago and explained the condition my truck is in. He agreed to come to my house to look at it and let me know if it's worth it to fix it or just get a new truck. After waiting a week, Nick doesn't come, and a tow truck shows up to take my truck to their shop. I asked if they wouldn't fix it, how I would get my truck back home. They would charge me $150. I live one block away. Total waste of time and Nick didn't keep his word.
