My Lincoln broke down close by, they stayed late to help me. It was worked on by another shop for over six months. I was wary, but what they told me made sense. They explained it well. They gave me an estimate and repaired it. Then they charged less than what they quoted. They repaired my problem when no one else could. My car has been perfect now for over a month. I spent over 12K elsewhere and the problem was not fixed. Thank you so much to the owners and mechanics at Sussex County Auto Repair!

I have been a customer here for the last year, this shop does things right. They're quick, knowledgeable, and don't push unnecessary services in fact the mechanics will even let you know if something you asked for actually isn't needed. I typically wait for my vehicle and Sandy is awesome she's sweet, funny and helpful. I've had most of the mechanics work on my car and they are all fantastic, especially Robbie. I have recommended this shop to multiple people so far and will continue to do so!
