Came here to have my rear brakes done. I brought the parts and everything, but unfortunately my car’s brakes worked better before they were ‘fixed’ here and they didn’t even connect my emergency brake. I have a 4 year old, I’m not happy. I’m scared. I wasn’t scared driving my car before I brought it here. I thought about calling and bringing it back, but their attitude towards me as a young woman wasn’t really what I wanted. Not all of us are stupid. We have families, we need our cars to be safe because we have children to get to school and to go to work everyday. They were more focused on having my headlights sanded down and making more $$$ off of me with a list of repairs they could help with. Why would I bring my car back to you if you can’t even do what I originally brought my car to you for? Couldn’t even hook up the emergency brake on my rear brakes? Seriously???

Took 5 days to fix my jeep. He worked on it when he felt like worked on others WHT mine sat there the lift. I day was my fault I all so tried to help Tom by running to middletown ny and then to Monticello ny for parts so he can finish the job .then went to sussex napa for parts to finish and 2 day later finally get my jeep back and something wasn't right in the front-end. He told me it was a sensor. Well that didn't change the problem. He told me if it still was there to let him know Tried to do that and he block my number and doesn't call me back on his workmen ship. So i still have the problem, so . So much for him and his business. He did Is definitely a good bull shiter an base on lookat his place he doesn't get much done. I should have none better. He is just like the previous repair guy. Don't waiste your time whit his bs er. Originally he told me 2 day. Lies. Be ware! And as per Allie with the brackets issues Tommy's a lier. I brought part because he charges more that's why and I did buy some of my parts from napa in sussex where he gets them from and I got them cheaper and he did put them on. He's a lier.
