I’ve brought me and my wife’s car here every time, 07 Camry; o2 and MAF sensor issues and check engine light and 02 pathfinder; serpentine belt issues and suspension issues , and they have always fixed the issues from accurate diagnosis to a complete fix. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I bought a classic Jeep CJ-7 with several smaller mechanical issues that needed attention. I initially took it to a shop in Fair Lawn that claimed to work on classic cars — only for them to later backpedal and tell me to take it to a Jeep restoration specialist. Needless to say, I was frustrated and disappointed, especially since that meant driving almost an hour away to get the work done. Thankfully, someone recommended Tom’s Service Center — just 10 minutes from me — and I decided to give them a shot. I’m so glad I did! Dave and Luigi immediately diagnosed all the issues and were genuinely puzzled as to why the other shop told me the Jeep needed a specialist. As they put it, it’s a basic mechanical vehicle — nothing complicated. Not only did they fix everything, but they had the Jeep ready within three days. Always fair and honest assessments on my car and work that needs to done. They never push services that "may be need" or "may be beneficial ". They are upfront with what is wrong and needs to be done. I have never experienced an issue with any service received. I would highly recommend this business.
