A big thank you to Matthew Automotive for their excellent service. I originally brought my car in because there was a strong burning smell. Before coming here, I had already taken my vehicle to two different auto shops, but unfortunately they were unable to identify the issue. When I brought my car to Matthew Automotive, their team was able to diagnose the problem immediately and quickly complete the repair. I had the best experience at Matthey Automotive. Before I even get into the work done on my car, I want to acknowledge how wonderful the staff is. After dropping off my car, I waited in the lounge for my ride. During that time, I was offered water, coffee, and snacks. I was also offered a ride home, even before they knew I already had a ride coming. One of the employees who happened to be heading in my direction volunteered to take me—something I imagine isn’t standard but shows how much they care. I received consistent updates on my car through texts and phone calls, which made the process smooth and stress-free. They did an excellent job installing my running boards, towing hitch, and mud flaps on my 2019 Toyota RAV4. On top of that, they performed a free courtesy check to look for any major issues that might need attention. During this inspection, they found a nail in my tire and noted that my air filters would soon need replacement. Since the car was already in their care, I went ahead and had the tire replaced, as the nail’s position made it unrepairable. What impressed me most is that it felt like a one-stop shop. Normally, I have to run around to different places for different issues, but Matthey Automotive handled everything. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and outstanding customer care.
