I called AAA (premier member) and they showed up and wouldn’t tow my vehicle home. They said that they would give me a receipt for $627 to submit to AAA and that they would reimburse me. Very sketch… AAA agreed and Xtreme Towing wouldn’t give me an itemized receipt. Every time I called them they either wouldn’t answer or some shady things would happen in the background all the time to get any answer. Reporting them to the state and taking them to small claims court.

I had a wonderful experience Wednesday evening. Dean came after we called AAA. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He also saved me nearly $400! I told him where I wanted to be towed. The alternator needed replacing. I was quoted $1,200. Xtreme Auto Repair did it for $756. They also replaced the battery under warranty and a belt. (I spent more on towing than I would have otherwise.) The car was ready to go by the next afternoon and is working fine!
