Whenever I came here for service I have to come back with another problem. One time they left water tank lid open, another time I went there in the morning and they didn’t even check the oil because I got oil level warning that night. Even with an appointment you have to wait two and half hours for tire change. Never gonna come back here again. They don’t even admit their fault, they just saying sorry and charge you for their fault. And the manager definitely don’t know how to manage anything. They don’t care about the customer, only thing they care about is making money through your car.

Fast efficient competent service. Great service writers, mechanics know their vehicles in and out. Easily reachable location. Free Wi-Fi and coffee while you wait. Car is always ready at the stated time, and they wash your car before you leave. All around great dealer.

Awful customer service from the service department specifically the one provided by the manager who didn’t want to give us his name (MK are his initials). Our car now has a stain that was not there before and the manager did not know how to handle the situation he even stepped away and yelled things at us while entering back in his office.
