Had several nasty looking but superficial scratches on the hood and door panel of my car. Stopped by OAB to get an estimate. Their guy spend about 20 minutes explaining how difficult it would be to match my paint color and how he would need to repaint the entire panel, but it might not match. I gave him 2 stars for being honest about the fact that he might not be able to successfully match the paint! He said he would get me an estimate, but after 2 weeks I still had heard anything. Followed up with the office person who said she would check. Still nothing. Lucky for me because I went to another local shop who after a quick look buffed and sanded the scratches out in less time than this guy spent explaining how difficult the job would be - and the other shop didn't charge me a dime.
