Excellent customer service, the Flex Bus broke down on the 95 turnpike on the way to Newark. Tow truck arrived within minutes of HWY patrol calling it in, we were in a dangerous situation with traffic on both sides. Safety precautions taken by all tow truck operators and Police Officer working together to get us all to safety. Exceptional teamwork, by all no one was harmed or required medical assistance. From a Veteran “Thank you” truly professionals and experts in their field. Have a safe and wonderful holidays.

Amazing experience with this company. I was in a very difficult situation when my car died on the NJ Turnpike in below-10-degree weather. AAA informed me they don’t cover the Turnpike, so I had to use the Turnpike’s towing company, which I believe is this one. My main priority was getting off the highway safely. Anthony arrived quickly after speaking with me and coordinating with the state police. He immediately began towing my car and explained that, for my safety, it was best to stay inside the vehicle while it was being lifted onto the flatbed. He gave clear instructions and made sure I was safe the entire time, from the highway to the garage. At the garage, he guided me to the office where I met Traci. She was incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. To be honest, I was terrified. It was freezing, and I was worried I would be left waiting outside in the cold if it weren’t for Traci’s compassion and empathy. Even though the office officially closes at 5 PM, they stayed until 7 PM so I could arrange for AAA to tow my car to my mechanic and get an Uber to the nearest train station. Traci refused to accept any payment for staying late and told me she wouldn’t even let her own daughter be out in the freezing cold in a situation like mine. I am forever grateful to this entire team. Without them, I would have been stranded on the side of the highway with my phone about to die and my safety genuinely at risk. I 100% recommend this company and wish them the best of luck. Anyone in a similar situation would be lucky to have this crew help them. Towing price was reasonable as it was a last minute thing and I was informed that I can get reimbursed by triple A so there is no problem there.

We cannot say enough great things about George's!!! Jose picked up our SUV on the NJ turnpike and was so polite and kind! Once at George's, Ashley was just as polite and kind! They both assisted with not only scheduling a diagnostic check on the SUV but also storing the car until we could get it towed back to PA!! We surely did not anticipate this to happen but of all garages and towing businesses, we are happy it was George's!!!
